Abstract目的 :评价镍钛记忆合金表面不同方法处理后的生物相容性。方法 :镍钛形态记忆合金表面氮化钛、类金刚石处理后 ,选择不同方法表面处理试验片 6 0个 (10mm× 5mm× 1mm) ,与骨髓间充质干细胞体外共同培养 ,观察1d、5d、8d培养液中镍离子的释放量、培养液中的羟脯氨酸和碱性磷酸酶含量 ,观察细胞生长情况 ,并进行组织免疫学染色观察细胞内蛋白质含量。结果 :细胞计数第 1d各组间无明显差异 ,第 5d、8d类金刚石及氮化钛组细胞数较镍钛合金组明显增多 (P
Other AbstractObjective: To evaluate the biocompatibility of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy, DLC, TiN surface modification with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMMSCs) culture in vitro. Methods: 60 experimental dises were selected (size 10mm × 5mm × 1mm)in the study, and BMMSCs were incubated with the test discs. Samples from the cell culture media were collected for determination of nickel, hydroxyproline and hydroxyproline contents on 1,5, 8 days Intracellular protein content were observed by immunohistochemical staining method. Results: The proliferation of BMMSCs in each group did not show significant difference on 1 day, the cell count have significant differences of cell counting comparing DLC and TiN group with nitinol group on 5 and 8 days (P 1 expressions didn't exhibit significant difference among the three groups respectively (p > 0.05). Conclusion: TiN coating on nickel-titanium shape memory alloy showed good biocompatibility with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro, and potential for clinical usage.
