Abstract一种植物乳杆菌冻干菌粉的制备方法。其基础培养基包括组分:葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母提取物、无水乙酸钠、磷酸氢二钾、柠檬酸二铵、硫酸镁、硫酸锰、牛肉膏、吐温80。其冻干菌粉保护剂包括组分:蔗糖、乳糖、海藻糖和磷酸氢二钾。植物乳杆菌冻干菌粉中活菌数可以达到4.08×108CFU/mL以上。该制备工艺条件可以极大程度的保证细菌的存活率,在应用微生物领域具有较大的实际意义和广阔的应用前景。
