Abstract本实用新型公开了一种可扩展力电两场透射电子显微镜原位样品杆,包括粗调器、信号转接头、样品杆外壳、粗调转接器、转接固定杆、同轴圈、传动杆、压电陶瓷固定器、样品杆头、压电陶瓷管、固定零件、针尖固定器,导电针管、传导电极、纳米针尖和测试电极。将测试及控制信号线插入信号转接头实现外部控制测试模块与样品杆内部压电陶瓷管、纳米针尖与样品的电学控制连接;待样品杆插入透射电镜内部后,控制粗调器将纳米针尖精确移动到距离样品细调的范围内,通过调节外部控制测试模块的驱动信号来控制压电陶瓷管的原位变形,从而控制纳米针尖在细调范围内做纳米级别的精确移动,最后实现纳米针尖与测试样品的机械及电学接触,完成力电性能原位实验。
