李海蓉，女，汉族，教授。1993年毕业于兰州大学物理系半导体物理与器件专业，获理学学士学位；2004年研究生毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院微电子与固体电子学专业，获博士学位；2006年由澳大利亚悉尼大学留学回国；1998年起在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院任教至今，现任物理科学与技术学院教授，硕士生导师
