兰州大学 物理科学与技术学院
栗军帅,男,汉族,教授(2011.12-),博士生导师。任现职前分别在日本埼玉大学(2006.10-2008.09)、新加坡南洋理工大学(2008.10-2012.03)及新加坡科技发展局微电子研究所(2009.01-2010.01)从事与高效超薄太阳电池的设计和制备、硅基纳米/亚微米结构的光电学性质及在太阳电池中的应用等相关研究工作。迄今,在包括有国际电子器件“奥林匹克”之称的IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (3篇),国际重要学术期刊Applied Physics Letters、Small、Nanoscale、Nanotechnology、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices、Optics Letters、Journal of Applied Physics等公开发表科技论文50余篇(篇均引用近10次;单篇最高引用超过100次);应邀撰写书目章节2章、综述论文1篇。相关研究成果被国内外新闻媒体和网站广泛报道。是Semiconductor Science and Technology (IOP)、APL  (AIP)、JAP (AIP) 、Nanoscale(RSC)、Journal of Experimental Nanoscience (Taylor & Francis)、Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics (IOP)、IEEE Transaction on Plasma Science, and Nanotechnology (IOP)等期刊审稿人。目前,主持与新能源方向相关的国家自然科学基金2项
