王海明，男，汉族，甘肃省榆中县人，副教授，硕士生导师。1988年6月在兰州大学获得理学博士学位，一直在兰州大学数学与统计学院从事应用数学和运筹学方面的教学和科研工作，当前研究方向是组合最优化理论。
