奚晓霞，女，副教授，硕士生导师、1982年毕业于兰州大学化学系分析化学专业，获得理学学士学位，应届毕业留校，主要从事环境学，大气化学等领域的教学和科研工作，获得多项科研和教学奖励，曾在北京大学进修，在英国莱斯大学和日本北海道大学进修，发表论文近30篇
