潘孝军

副教授
兰州大学 物理科学与技术学院
潘孝军:男,博士,副教授。2003年7月毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院物理学“国家理科基础科学研究与教学人才培养基地”,获理学学士学位。随后推荐到兰州大学物理学院凝聚态物理专业硕博连读研究生,并于2008年7月兰州大学物理系凝聚态物理专业半导体材料与发光物理研究方向研究生毕业,获理学博士学位。攻读博士学位期间,于2007年10月至2008年10月受国家留学基金委研究生项目公派至新加坡南洋理工大学MEMS中心从事压力传感器的研究工作。2008年10月回国留兰州大学物理学院工作。2008年10月至2010年12月在香港城市大学超金刚石与先进薄膜研究中心(COSDAF)任高级研究助理(Senior Research Assistant),主要从事金刚石薄膜及相关材料的研究工作。
