闫德,男,汉族。兰州大学物理科学与技术学院讲师,理学博士,九三学社社员。2000.9-2004.6 兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,物理学(功能材料)专业,获理学学士学位。2004.9-2009.6 兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,凝聚态物理专业,直博生,获理学博士学位。主要从事低维锰氧化物纳米材料的制备、生长机理和应用研究。2009.7至今 兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,讲师。主要从事MnO2基超级电容器电极材料的设计、制备与性能研究。2010.11- 2012.12 兰州大学凝聚态物理学博士后流动站、西北轴承股份有限公司博士后工作站,博士后。博士后期间主要从事轴承滚动体在生产过程中的裂纹发生机理研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项(MnO2 基三元复合超级电容器电极材料的设计、制备与机理研究),教育部中央高校基本科研业务费专项项目1项(优异锰酸锂电极材料的制备及机理研究)。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(磁过滤等离子体制备高质量纳米尖点阵列研究),横向项目3项(白银市科技计划:纳米粉体等离子体生产技术及其产业化;企业委托开发项目:用于工业化生产纳米粉体新材料的等离子体技术及设备开发;天津市东丽区人民政府创业苗圃专项资助项目:MnO2/石墨烯/导电聚合物三元复合纳米结构电极材料的设计、制备及应用研究)。
