2000年6月于兰州大学博士毕业，获理论物理专业博士学位（导师汪映海教授）。2000-2013年在兰州大学理论物理研究所工作，历任讲师、副教授、教授，曾担任兰州大学理论物理研究所所长（2004-2013）,2013年后转至北京航空航天大学任教。
