Abstract	目的:1分别比较袖状胃切除术（LSG）与胃转流术（LRYGB）的近期减重及降糖疗效；2对比LSG与LRYGB对肥胖症及2型糖尿病的治疗效果及相关并发症。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library、Web of science等英文数据库以及万方、VIP、CBM和中国知网数据库，并辅以手工检索，搜集2011年1月到2015年12月LSG与LRYGB治疗肥胖症及2型糖尿病的所有文献，比较术后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、BMI以及相关并发症。采用 Review manager 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果：纳入Meta分析标准的文章有 15篇，其中8篇为 RCT，结果显示LSG术后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质指数较术前比较差异有统计学意义，但低密度脂蛋白手术前后的差异无统计学意义；LRYGB术后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质指数及低密度脂蛋白较术前比较差异有统计学意义；两种手术在术后1年、3年及5年的减重效果方面没有显著差异；两组手术的术后1年降糖效果方面无明显差异；两组手术后的胃瘘及出血方面无明显差异；但LSG组在总并发症方面明显少于LRYGB组，而且LSG组手术时间明显少于LRYGB组。结论：LSG及LRYGB减重及降糖疗效肯定；LSG在降低血糖、减重方面与LRYGB有相同的疗效，但LSG手术简单，耗时短，总体并发症比LRYGB低，具有更大优势。
Other Abstract	Objective：1.To compare the efficacy of LSG and LRYGB. 2.To analyze therapeutic effect and related complications of using LSG and LRYGB. Methods：Related literatures about LSG and LRYGB were searched by computer. the postoperative blood glucose, Glycated hemoglobin, body mass index(BMI) and related complications were compared. Results：Fifteen articles were involved. The results of meta-analysis showed that there were differences between before and after LSG in level of fasting plasma glucose.There was no significant differences between the LSG group and LRYGB group in BMI,level of fasting plasma glucose and Glycated hemoglobin,gastric fistula, bleeding.However,the LSG group had lower postoperative complication rate and shorter operation time than that of the LRYGB group. Conclusion：1.LSG and LRYGB both are effective approaches.2. LSG has the same effect with LRYGB.Beyond that，surgical operation of LSG is relatively simple，and has lower postoperative complication rate and shorter operation time with more advantages than LRYGB.
