Abstract	目的采用新型国产涤纶补片进行临床对照试验，以评估其在先天性心脏病的外科治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法选取2014年1月-2015年6月于兰州大学第一医院心外科住院的并符合纳入标准的40例先天性心脏病患者，试验模式为随机对照试验，将符合入选标准的40名患者平均随机分为两组，其中试验组20例患者采用新型国产涤纶补片进行先天性心脏病的手术治疗，对照组的20例患者则采用已上市的某进口心脏补片。通过收集两组患者术前及术后的胸片、心脏彩超、心电图及实验室检查，观察两组患者术后有无残余分流、心功能、肝功能、肾功能、凝血功能及其他相关指标，评价新型涤纶补片的治疗效果及安全性。结果试验组患者的治疗效果、有效率、补片使用体验、安全性等指标与对照组相比无明显差异，可考虑在临床逐渐推广使用。
Other Abstract	Objective to evaluate the security and validity of the new style of China-made dacron patch,with the clinical randomized controlled trial bwtween some listed imported dacron patch. Methods 40 eligible patients who were hospitalized from January 2014 to June 2015 had been chosen and divided into two groups averagely and randomly. The patients in experimental group were performed the operation with the new style of China-made dacron patch,and those in the control group were performed the operation with the listed imported dacron patch.Then the preoperative and postoperative data of all the patients including routine blood test, routine urine test, routine kidney test, Chest radiograph test, echocardiography test was colletced and analysed to compare the differents between the two groups,in order to evaluate the validity and security of the new style of China-made dacron patch. Results The curative effect, security, user's experience and the validity of the the new style of China-made dacron patch is not much different with that of the control group,which deserves generalization.
