Abstract | 目的:近年,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)在消化系统疾病中已成为临床上十分常见的疾病,威胁人们健康的隐患。此次研究旨在评价有氧运动是否能用于改善NAFLD。
方法:在PubMed、the Cochrane Library、EMBASE、Web of Science、Chinese Biomedical Database 、万方数据库和维普数据库等数据库中搜索后,选择有氧运动干预非酒精性脂肪性肝病的对比或控制的随机性研究。
结果:该研究共纳入文献6篇,包含患者206名,得出结果:有氧运动对NAFLD的肝内脂肪(IHL)有明显的缓解作用 [MD=-3.29,95%CI:-5.53~-1.05,P=0.004]。有氧运动对NAFLD患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的改善无统计学意义[SMD=0.12,95%CI:-0.23~0.48,P=0.49];对天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的改善不具有统计学意义[SMD=0.27,95%CI:-0.11~0.65,P=0.16];甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)以及脂蛋白中的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等血脂水平,有氧运动对其改善无明显统计学意义([TG:SMD=-0.04,95%CI:-0.40~0.32,P=0.93 ];[TC:SMD=-0.33,95%CI:-0.68~0.02,P=0.06];[HDL:SMD=0.02,95%CI:-0.31~0.35,P=0.90];[LDL:SMD=-0.07,95%CI:-0.42~0.28,P=0.68]);在体重指数(BMI)上,仅实施有氧运动的试验组较无任何干预措施的对照组相比,二者之间的差异不具有统计学意义[MD=0.33,95%CI:-2.50~3.15,P=0.82]。
结论:有氧运动可以明显改善NAFLD患者的IHL,但对于肝功能、血脂、BMI等方面并无明显改善。 |
Other Abstract | Objective:In recent years, Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is very common clinically with increasing incidence in digestive system diseases.To investigate whether aerobic exercise can prevent or improve the condition of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease or not.
Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, search the the Cochrane Library、EMBASE、Web of Science、Chinese Biomedical Database and WANFANG, VIP databases while determine the key words, choose random and controlled trials of aerobic exercise combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
Result:This study included 6 researches including 206 participants. The result was that aerobic exercise can improve IHL of NAFLD patients [MD=-3.29,95%CI:-5.53~-1.05,P=0.004]. However, when we analyzed the exercise alone vs. control, there was no significant efficacy on liver function, blood fat and body mass index, respectively, [ALT,P=0.49; AST, P=0.16; TG,P=0.93; TC,P=0.06; HDL, P=0.90; LDL, P=0.68; BMI, P=0.82].
Conclusion:Aerobic exercise can improve the condition of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease on IHL instead of liver functions and blood fat. |
