目的：研究miR-126-5p在胃癌组织及胃癌旁组织的表达，初步探讨miR-126-5p与胃癌发生、发展之间的关系。方法：利用基因芯片技术检测14例早癌患者的胃癌组织及其癌旁组织，进行miRNAs的表达谱情况分析；收集42例胃癌组织及其癌旁组织标本，利用实时荧光实时定量PCR（qRT-PCR）检测miR-126-5p的表达情况，依据实验结果来初步探讨在胃癌组织中miR-126-5p的表达情况与胃癌的产生、进展及胃癌患者的临床病理资料之间的相关性。

结果：miR-126-5p在胃癌组织中的ΔCT值为5.440±1.650，在癌旁组织中ΔCT值为7.329±1.456，miR-126-5p在胃癌组织中表达上调的有34个，下调的有8个，miR-126-5p在胃癌组织中的表达是上调的，结果具有统计学意义。对癌组织及癌旁组织的ΔCT值做ROC曲线分析，得出ΔCT值ROC曲线下的面积是0.818，该指标对胃癌诊断有一定的准确性。所得到的最佳临界值为7.125。当ΔCT≤7.125时，其对胃癌诊断的灵敏性为88.10%。miR-126-5p相对表达量ΔCT与临床病理资料分析，结果示P值大于0.05，miR-126-5p在胃癌组织中的表达与临床病理资料无明显相关性。结论：miR-126-5p在胃癌组织中是高表达的，对胃癌具有一定的诊断价值。

Objective:To study the expression of miR-126-5p in gastric cancer tissue and in para-carcinoma tissue,preliminarily discuss the relationship between miR-126-5p and gastric cancer occurrence or development.Methods:Detect the expression of micrornas in gastric cancer and adjacent tissue of 14 early cancer patients via the gene chip technology.By using qRT-PCR to detect the expression of miR-126-5p in 42 cases of gastric cancer and adjacent tissue samples.Analysising the expression of miR-126-5p in gastric cancer tissue,and the relationship with the clinical pathological data of the patients.

Results:The ΔCT of miR-126-5p in gastric carcinoma was 5.440 ± 1.650,the ΔCT of adjacent tissue was 7.329 ± 1.456,the up-regulated expression of miR-126-5p was 34,the down-regulated expression of miR-126-5p was 8.The expression of miR-126-5p in gastric cancer tissue is up-regulated.We analyzed the ROC curve of cancer tissue and adjacent tissue,get the area under the curve of RCT was 0.818.The index was correct for the diagnosis of gastric cancer.The best cutoff value is 7.125.WhenΔCT≤7.125,the sensitivity of gastric cancer was 88.10%.MiR-126-5p relative expression rate of ΔCT and clinicopathological data analysis，the results showed that P＞0.05,miR-126-5p in gastric cancer tissue expression and clinical pathological data was no significant correlation.Conclusion:The expression of miR-126-5p is up-regulation in gastric cancer tissues,has a certain diagnostic value to gastric cancer tissues.
