| Abstract | 而在全球经济日益一体化发展的今天，中国作为全球最大的发展中国家和新兴经济体，不可避免的受到了地球村腐蚀文化的影响，校园暴力案有所抬头，危害不容忽视。据2011年的一项调查显示，我国12.7％的学生面临校园暴力的威胁。特别是犯罪的侵害对象往往是比作案人年龄更小的青少年，受害人在未成年阶段所受到的此类伤害严重危及到他们的身心健康和发展，其负面后果将是难以预料的。这不仅影响了学校的正常教学和安全秩序，而且将造成公众对公共安全的不信任，造成极坏的社会影响，不利于我国社会的和谐发展。
本文从校园暴力案的基本概念及危害出发，探讨了与校园暴力案有关的刑事法律问题，并以马加爵案件为典型结合校园暴力案的特点，对校园暴力案进行了归因研究，从而确定了校园暴力案的预防策略，旨在维护校园安全、社会秩序，为祖国的未来力量提供一个健康、和谐的社会环境。 |
| Other Abstract | According to a 2011 survey, 12.7% of the students in our country faced the threat of school violence. Especially crime violations object is often more than actor’s age small teenagers, the victim in the minor stage by such harm seriously endangering their physical and mental health and development, its negative consequences will be unpredictable. This not only affects the normal teaching and the safety of the school order, and will cause the public to mistrust of the public safety, causes very bad social influence, goes against the development of harmonious society in China.
This article from the campus violence case on the basic concept and harm, and explored the campus violence case the criminal law, and for typical case with the characteristics of campus violence case, the campus violence case study the attribution, so as to determine the campus violence case prevention strategies, designed to maintain the campus safety, social order, and for the future of our motherland power provide a healthy and harmonious social environment. |
