Abstract	目的：研究用左旋甲状腺素治疗前后老年甲状腺功能减退与高血脂的临床关系。结论：老年亚临床甲减及临床甲减均可出现血脂代谢异常，且应用左甲状腺素治疗后，患者的临床症状得以改善，血脂异常状况得到不同程度的好转。
Other Abstract	Objective ：to study levothyroxine intervention treatment from start to finished the olded patient the clinical relation thyroid function reduce to hyperlipidemia. Conclusion : subclinical hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism at old we can all find that blood fat developmental and metaboilc disorder, after use levothyroxine intervention treatment, we find the clinical symptoms are improvement, and blood fat unusual condition iproment at varying degrees inordinately.
