Abstract目的: 检测吲哚胺2,3一双加氧酶IDO及CD25在人食管癌及癌旁组织中的表达, 了解两者之间的相互关系以及其表达与食道癌临床病理特征之间的关系,探索 IDO及CD25在肿瘤免疫逃避中的作用。 方法: 应用免疫组织化学法,对60例食管癌及12例癌旁组织中IDO及CD25的表达进行检测,结合临床病理学指标进行统计学分析。 结果: 1. IDO在食管癌组织中高表达,60例中47例阳性表达,阳性率是78.33%;在癌旁组织中亦有表达,12例中8例阴性,4例阳性,阳性率是33.33%。IDO在食管癌组织的表达要明显高于癌旁组织,经卡放检验,P<0.05,差异有显著性。 2. CD25在食管癌组织中高表达,60例中55例阳性表达,阳性率91.67%;在癌旁组织中亦有表达,12例中7例阴性,5例阳性,阳性率是41.67%。CD25在食管癌组织的表达要明显高于癌旁组织,经卡方检验,P<0.05,差异有显著性。 3. 将染色范围及染色强度评分并且相加后,按照各切片的最终得分值,用Spearman等级相关分析,得出IDO及CD25在癌组织中的高表达具有高度相关性,P<0.01。 4. CD25在食管癌中的表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、组织类型、分化程度、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移和远处转移均无明显关系,P>0.05;IDO的表达与患者的年龄,性别,部位,肿瘤的组织类型,M分期无关,P>0.05,但与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关,P<0.05。 结论: IDO及CD25在癌组织中均高表达,IDO的过表达可能参与了食管癌的发生发展,促进了肿瘤细胞的浸润和淋巴结转移。
Other AbstractAIM:To investigate the expression of IDO (indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase) and CD25 in esophageal carcinoma, as well as its clinical significance. METHODS:Expressions of IDO, CD25 were detected by immunochemistry technique in 60 cases of human esophageal carcinoma and 12 cases of human tissue adjacent to carcinoma. RESULTS: 1. The positive rate of IDO expression in esophageal carcinoma was 78.33%. In tissue adjacent to carcinoma , the positive rate of IDO was 33.33%. The positive rate of IDO expression in cancer cases was higher than that in adjacent to carcinoma cases (P<0.05). 2. The positive rate of CD25 expression in esophageal carcinoma was 91.67%. In tissue adjacent to carcinoma , the positive rate of CD25 was 41.67%. The positive rate of CD25 expression in cancer cases was higher than that in adjacent to carcinoma cases (P<0.05). 3. the over expression of IDO in cancer cases was relative with over expression of CD25,P< 0.01. 4. The CD25 expression in carcinoma tissue was not significantly related with age, gender, histological differentiation, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. The IDO expression was significantly related with histological differentiation, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis. CONCLUSION:The strong expression of IDO (indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase) may be involved in the progression and lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma.
