Abstract	目的：比较心肌桥患者手术治疗与药物治疗两种不同治疗方式的临床疗效差异。方法：手术治疗38例与药物治疗38例，对其随访18.76±4.97个月，观察了心功能变化、心电图变化、心肌桥前端粥样硬化情况、左室内径变化以及心绞痛的复发情况。结论：对于心肌桥的治疗方式上，手术治疗较药物治疗能有效增加患者EF值，减少心肌桥前端粥样硬化的发生率。
Other Abstract	Objective: To compare the difference of Clinical efficacy between surgical treatment and medical treatment for Coronary Myocardial Bridge. Methods: 38 Patients were divided into surgical treatment group and 38 for drug treatment group. Which was followed-up up to 19 months, During this period, Cardiac function changes Electrocardiogram (ecg) changes、Myocardial bridge front atherosclerosis、and Recurrence of angina pectoris were observed. Conclusion: Surgical treatment can effectively increase the EF values and Reduce the incidence of myocardial bridge front atherosclerosis.
