Abstract	通过应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)和爱泼沃斯思睡量表（Epworth sleepiness scale,ESS）对特发性震颤、帕金森病患者、健康对照组睡眠质量进行评分，研究三组睡眠质量的异同，以及特发性震颤患者伴发睡眠障碍的发生率及临床特征。
Other Abstract	Through the application of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and the Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS) to investigate the similarities and differences of sleep quality between essential tremor (ET),Parkinson's disease (PD) patients and normal controls,and to analyze the incidence rate of sleep disorder in ET and its characteristics.
