Abstract | 摘 要
目的 探讨准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(laser subepithelial keratomileusis , LASEK)中应用0.02%丝裂霉素C(mitomycin C, MMC)及术后短期(1周)应用地塞米松(dexamethasone, DM),对术后角膜上皮下雾状混浊(Haze)形成的影响。方法 将我院3年间接受LASEK术的受术者资料300例按用药不同分为常规组92例(184眼)、MMC组101例(199眼)和MMC+ DM组107例(200眼)。采用统计学方法分别分析三组间Haze、术后上皮愈合延迟及高眼压发生率,并对相关数据进行比较。所有受术者随访期均为12月。 结果 三组均无Ⅱ级以上Haze发生,常规组中22眼(11.96%)出现Ⅱ级Haze,MMC组中10眼(5.03%)出现Ⅱ级Haze,MMC+ DM组0眼(0.00%)出现Ⅱ级Haze。常规组与MMC组,MMC组与MMC+DM组比较Haze的发生率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05;P<0.05),术后角膜上皮情况、眼压及其他并发症的发生率比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05;P>0.05)。 结论 在LASEK术中应用0.02%MMC及在此基础上术后短期内(1周)应用地塞米松,对术后Haze的形成具有明显的抑制作用,且对眼压及角膜上皮的愈合无明显影响。 |
Other Abstract | Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of using 0.02% mitomycin-C (MMC) during laser subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) and dexamethasone(DM) in the postoperative short period (1 week) on the formation of Haze. Methods According to different medication, 300 cases undergoing LASEK in our hospital during 3 years were divided into routine (92 patients 184 eyes), MMC (101 patients 199 eyes) and MMC+DM (107 patients 200 eyes) groups. Incidence rates of Haze, epithelium heal delay and ocular hypertension among three groups were analyzed, and correlated data was compared by the method of statistical analysis. The follow-up period of all patients was 12 months.Results Higher than gradeⅡhaze did not occur in three groups.The grade Ⅱ haze occured in 22 eyes(11.96%) of routine group、10 eyes(5.03%) of MMC group and 0 eye(0.00%) of MMC+DM group. The difference of Haze incidence rates was all statistical significance(P<0.05;P<0.05),but that of other complications was not all statistical significance (P>0.05; P>0.05)between routine and MMC groups and between MMC and MMC+DM. Conclusion It is obviously depressant effect on the formation of haze to use 0.02% MMC during LASEK combined with DM in the postoperative short period (1week), but not obvious effect on ocular tension and the healing of corneal epithelium. |
