Abstract | 目的:通过检测房水中β淀粉样蛋白(β-AP)的含量,对青光眼的发病机理进行探讨。
方法:用放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测临床诊断为青光眼的患者25例,白内障对照者27例房水中β-AP的水平。
结果:青光眼组β-AP的含量为1.62~5.56pg/ml,平均3.054 0±1.082 8pg/ml;白内障组含量为1.21~5.37pg/ml,平均2.366 7±1.106 7pg/ml,两组差异有统计学意义(t=2.261,P<0.05)。青光眼组患者房水中β-AP含量与病程之间无相关关系(r=–0.104,P>0.05)。
结论:青光眼患者房水中β-AP水平明显高于白内障对照组,并与病程长短无关。青光眼可能是一种神经细胞变性性疾病。 |
Other Abstract | Objective :To assess the role of β amyloid protein in the pathophysiology of glaucoma by measuring the concentration of β amyloid protein in the aqueous humor of glaucoma patients.
Methods : β-AP levels were measured by radioimmunoassay method with antibody against β-AP in glaucoma and cataract groups.
Results : The values of β-AP for glaucoma patients were 1.62~5.56pg/ml with mean value of 3.054 0±1.082 8 pg/ml. In cataract group, the values of β-AP were 1.21~ 5.37pg/ml with mean of 2.366 7±1.106 7pg/ml. The mean value for glaucoma was significantly different from that of the cataract group. The β-AP level was not correlated with duration of glaucoma .
Conclutions: β-AP level in aqueous humor of glaucoma was significanfly higher than that in cataract group. It did not correlate with duration of glaucoma symptoms. Glaucoma might be a degenerative disease of retinal ganglion cells. |
