Abstract	目的：本研究旨在通过检测13种常见呼吸道病毒，了解其流行现状，掌握其流行特征和临床特点，为兰州地区儿童病毒性呼吸道感染的防治提供参考依据。方法：收集2010年12月至2011年11月在兰州大学第一医院儿科因急性呼吸道感染就诊住院的患儿鼻咽抽吸物（NPA）545份。采用普通RT-PCR检测、巢式PCR、应用荧光定量PCR方法进行检测，结合本地区2006年-2011年连续性研究资料，分析相关病毒流行趋势。结果：RSV是本年度最常见的呼吸道病毒，冬、春季流行，在3岁以下儿童的检出率最高，肺炎为主要诊断。22.98%的5岁以下住院患儿感染HPIV，检出率为21.10%，其中HPIV3的检出率最高。共检出11例HEV感染患儿，检出率为2.02%，四季检出率无统计学差异。本年度共检出呼吸道相关病毒检测阳性449例，检出率为82.39%(449/545)，病毒检出率排在前五位的是RSV、HRV、ADV、HBOV、HPIV3，男女无差别，主要感染6-36月儿童，全年均有较高的病毒检出率，部分病毒有明显的季节性。449例病毒检测阳性患儿的混合感染率为41.43%，其中以HBOV的混合感染率最高，结论：呼吸道病毒是兰州地区急性下呼吸道感染住院患儿的主要病原，其中RSV、HRV、ADV、HPIV在本年度最常见。
Other Abstract	Objective:The purpose of this study is to detect 13 common respiratory virusesand understand its prevalence, as well grasp the epidemiological characteristics and clinical features ,in addtion to provide a reference for Prevention and treatment of respiratory tract infections(RTI) of children in lanzhou. Methods:we applied RT-PCR, nested-PCR, Real-time quantitative PCR to detect. Results:RSV was the most commonly identified pathogens, winter and spring was its epidec season. 22.98% of the hospitalized children under 5 years of age in this study were infected with HPIV. Out of the 545 specimens, at least one respiratory virus was detected in 449 specimens(82.39%), The most frenquently detected virus was RSV, followed by HRV, ADV, HBOV, HPIV3. the mixed infection rate was accounted for 41.43% of the total viral agents, the percentage of HBOV（90%）of coinfection was the highest. Conclusion:Respiratory virus was the major pathogen of hospitalized children with acute lower respiratory tract infection in Lanzhou. And the most frequently detected virus was RSV, HRV, ADV, HPIV.
