|Abstract||目的：观察预先腹腔单次和连续注射PTX对大鼠趾部切口术后痛觉过敏的影响。方法：SD大鼠，趾部切口模型，Ⅰ组分5亚组：C组给予NS，PTX1-4组分别单次腹腔给予不同剂量的PTX；Ⅱ组分为5亚组：C组给予NS，PTX1-4组分别连续腹腔给予不同剂量的PTX。Ⅰ组术前30min，单次腹腔给予PTX和NS，测术前、术后不同时点（T0-3）MWT和热痛阈值；Ⅱ组术前30min和术后1~7天，腹腔给予PTX和NS 1次/天，测术前、术后不同时点（T0-6）MWT和热痛阈值。组内比较：Ⅰ组中，与T2 比较，PTX3,4组T1 MWT升高；与T3比较，PTX3,4组T1-2 MWT升高，PTX3,4组T1热缩腿潜伏期阈值升高，热缩腿时间缩短。结果：组间比较：Ⅰ组中，与C组比较，PTX3,4组T1-2 MWT升高，PTX3组T1、PTX4组T1-2热缩腿潜伏期阈值升高，热缩腿时间缩短。Ⅱ组中，与C组比较，PTX3,4组T1-4 MWT升高，PTX3组T1、PTX4组T1-4热缩腿潜伏期阈值升高，PTX3组T1-2、PTX4组T1-3热缩腿时间缩短。结论：己酮可可碱可剂量依赖的减轻大鼠趾部切口术后痛觉过敏。|
|Other Abstract||A rat model of incisional pain was used. GroupⅠwas divided into 5 subgroups:group C was given NS and group PTX1-4 were given different doses of PTX by single time intraperitoneal administration.Group II was divided into 5 subgroups:group C was given NS and group PTX1-4 were administered different doses of PTX systemically daily.In the preoperative 30 minute,all subgroups of GroupⅠwere given different doses of PTX i.p. and the corresponding volume of NS,and measured MWT,thermal hyperalgesia at T0-3.From 30 minutes before the operation to day1-7 post-operation,all subgroups of Group II were systermically daily intraperitoneally administrated different doses of PTX and the corresponding volume of NS, and measured MWT,thermal hyperalgesia at T0-6.In group Ⅱ,compared with group C,MWT was significantly increased at T1-4 in group PTX3,4.Thermal threshold latency threshold was upregulated at T1 in group PTX3 and at T1-4 in group PTX4. Thermal withdrawal duration was negative regulator at T1-2 in group PTX3 and at T1-3 in group PTX4 in addition.PTX could dose-dependently attenuate the plantar incision-induced mechanical allodynia and heat hyperalgesia in rats.|
