Abstract	目的评价机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术(Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Prostatectomy，RALP) 与单纯腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术（pure Laparoscopic radical Prostatecomy，LRP）术后控尿功能。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane 图书馆、Web of Science、CNKI、维普数据库及万方数据库关于RALP和LRP治疗局限性前列腺癌的比较性研究文献。按Cochrane操作手册筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量后，采用RevMan 5．2软件进行数据处理分析。结果本篇系统评价纳入2篇随机对照试验，7篇非随机对照试验，共1 950位患者。RALP治疗1098例，LRP治疗852例。分析结果提示：RALP相比LRP术后控尿率1月OR=2.28,95%CI(1.68,3.08)、3月OR=1.51,95%CI(1.21,1.88)、6月OR=1.97,95%CI(1.44,2.70)及12月OR=1.53,95%CI(1.11,2.11)，RALP组相比LRP组控尿功能有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论在治疗局限性前列腺癌，RALP在恢复术后控尿功能方面更有优势。
Other Abstract	Objective To systematically review the urinary continence function after Robot-Assisted vs. Pure Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy. Methods Databases as PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, VIP, and WanFang Data were searched for controlled studies comparing robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy (RALP) with pure laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (LRP) for local prostate cancer. Inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and assessed the methodological quality according to the Cochrane methods handbook. Then, data was performed by RevMan 5.2 software. Results Two randomized controlled trials and seven non-randomized controlled trials were included in this analysis. A total of 1950 patients were involved: 1095 cases of RALP and852 cases of LRP. The outcomes showed that, the urinary continence rate after operation, there was significant differences between RALP and LRP at one month (OR=2.28), three months (OR=1.21), six months (OR=1.97) and twelve months (OR=1.53, P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of localized prostate cancer, RALP has better recurrence of urinal function after operation.
