Other AbstractObjective:To study coronary heart disease in patients with type 2 diabetes control blood sugar levels after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on prognosis. Methods: Prospective analysis a total of 91 coronary heart disease in patients with type 2 diabetes receiving PCI in January 2010~April 2010 between the First Hospital of Lanzhou University Heart Center, and all patients were given glucose after intervention. After 6 months follow-up, according to glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) these patients were divided into good and poor glycemic control groups, and were observed the difference of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) between the two groups in this time.Result: Among 91 registered patients, good blood glucose control group selected 34 patients and 57 patients in poor group, the incidence of MACE in two groups had their statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The level of glycemic control is closely related to the incidence of MACE.
