|Other Abstract||Objective Gansu Province is one of the areas of high incidence of cervical cancer. In this study, 220 cases of cervical cancer which was used as the researched object was grouped by age of onset to explore the trend of the incidence of cervical cancer and the relationship between age and
pathological type of cervical cancer. Also the study make a statistics of sexual debut for cervical cancer to explore the relationship between sexual debut and cervical cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical and pathological data of 220 cases of cervical cancer patients which were treated in the People's Hospital of Gansu Province since March 2012 to November 2014 to explore the relationship between age and pathological type of cervical cancer and the relationship between the ages of sexual debut age relationship and cervical
cancer. We can divide the 220 cases of cervical cancer patients to four age groups according to the age of onset: ≤35 years old group (16 cases), 36 to 45 years old group (70 cases), 46 to 55 years old group (80 cases), ≥56 years old group (54 cases) to achieve the goal to explore the relationship between age and pathological type of cervical cancer. We also can divide the 220 cases of cervical cancer patients to three age groups according to the sexual debut age: A group(the sexual debut
age is ≤20 years old), B group (the sexual debut age is 21 to 25 years old), C group (the sexual
debut age is ≥26 years old) three groups to achieve the goal to explore the relationship between the ages of sexual debut age relationship and cervical cancer. Results 1. The average age of cervical cancer is 48.97 ± 9.69 years old.2.There were statistically difference between the different age groups in the
proportion of cervical adenocarcinoma and cervical squamous cell carcinoma(P>0.05).
3.There were no statistically difference between the different age groups in the differentiation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).4.In the 220 cases of cervical cancer, the number of the age of first sex ≤20 years old is 108 cases, accounting for 49.09% of the total; the number of the age of first sex in the age of 21
to 25 years old is 85 cases, accounting for 38.64% of the total, the number of the age of first sex≥26 years old in 27 cases, accounting for 12.27% of the total. Conclusions 1. The age of onset of cervical cancer tend to be younger.III 2.The smaller the prevalence age of cervical cancer is，the higher the cell atypia—that is to say...|
