Abstract | 目的 观察在高原环境下神经生长因子(Nerve growth factor,NGF)和勿动蛋白(Nogo protein,Nogo)在北京青紫蓝兔视网膜中的表达和分布。方法 将24只北京青紫蓝兔随机分为2组,20只为实验组,4只为对照组。将它们分别喂养于高原环境和亚高原环境中,于1,3,7,10,14d取出兔眼球,浸泡在4%的多聚甲醛1wk,制成蜡片,应用免疫组化的方法检测视网膜中NGF和Nogo的表达及分布。结果 我们的实验表明,在高原环境下NGF在兔视网膜中的表达增多,7d达到高峰持续到10d,14d下降。实验组中1, 3, 7, 10, 14d组分别于对照组比较,兔视网膜NGF的表达差异有统计学意义;在高原环境下Nogo在兔视网膜中的表达增多,7d达到高峰持续到10d,14d下降。实验组中1, 3, 7, 10, 14d组分别于对照组比较,兔视网膜Nogo的表达差异有统计学意义。结论 在高原环境下NGF和Nogo可能在发挥重要的作用。 |
Other Abstract | Abstract objective To investigate the expression and distribution of NGF and Nogo in retina of adult rabbit in the plateau.
Methods Twenty-four rabbits divided into two groups: twenty of them were experiment group, four of them were control group. The rabbits were fed in the plateau and sub-plateau respectively. On day 1, 3, 7, 10 and 14, the eyes of adult rabbits were removal respectively. Meanwhile, paraffin retina slices were made and the expression and distribution of NGF and Nogo in the retinas was examined with immunohistochemistry.
Results Our data shows that experimental expression of NGF and Nogo increased in retina of adult rabbits in the plateau. The highest NGF value was found on day 7, and persisted till day 10, on day 14 the value of NGF decreased. There was notable significance between experiment group of 1day, 3day, 7day, 10day, 14day and control group, so was density of positively.
Conclusion It may be of an important effect of NGF and Nogo in adult rabbit retina in the plateau. |
