Abstract | 目的:探讨高原环境对睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation, SD)大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。
方法:采用小平台水环境法(flower pot)建立大鼠SD模型。选用wistar大鼠64只,根据SD时间的不同(0~5 d),随机分为4组,每组又分为可可西里组(K,海拔4767 m)和兰州组(L,海拔1500 m),可可西里组大鼠由兰州用汽车2天内运至可可西里。在相应时间点对各组大鼠行Morris水迷宫测试,观察并记录动物找到并爬上平台的潜伏期、游泳路程及游泳轨迹,SPT测试中记录大鼠120 s内穿越原平台平面的次数。
结果:1 d、3 d和5 d的潜伏期,K高于L(P<0.05);1 d、3 d和5 d的游泳路程,K高于L(P<0.05),5 d差别最明显(P<0.01);1 d、3 d和5 d的穿越平台次数,K小于L(P<0.01)。
结论:睡眠剥夺使大鼠学习记忆能力降低,高原环境暴露可使睡眠剥夺大鼠学习记忆能力进一步降低。 |
Other Abstract | Objective:To instigative the effect of high-altitude environment on cognitive function of Wistar rats in Sleep Deprivation (SD).Methods:SD was induced in Wista rats by employing “flower pot” technique. The 64 rats were randomly divided into four groups according to the time of SD(0-5 d), and every group was also divided into two subgroups: Kekexili group and Lanzhou group. The behaviors of rats were studied in Morris maze test at given time. Record the escape latency, distance exploration, swimming path to find the hidden platform and the times across plot in 120 s.
Results: As compared with those of the Lanzhou groups, the escape latency of Kekexili groups increased in 1 d, 3 d and 5 d(P<0.05), and the ability of distance exploration of Kekexili groups prolonged in 1 d, 3 d and 5 d(P<0.05). The difference reached the climax in 5 d(P<0.01).The times across plot decreased in 1 d,3 d and 5 d(P<0.01).
Conclusion:High-altitude environment may have significant influence on cognitive function of rats in SD . SD may have significant influence on cognitive function of rats. |
