Other Abstract | Abstract Objective To study the liver X receptor(LXR)and the gene expression of cholesterol ester transfer protein(CETP),cyclooxygenase -2(COX2)in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)patients in the role and significance for OSAHS to provide a more favorable diagnosis, based on more accurate. Methods 30 cases of OSAHS patients and 30 normal blood separation morning training after macrophages, the application of RT-PCR gel electrophoresis detection method of gene expression related to the tendency. Results OSAHS patients LXR,COX2,CETP expression of the higher expression(P<0.05);OSAHS patients LXR,COX2,CETP with AHI,LSaO2% relevance; OSAHS patients with LXR,CETP expression at light heavy division exist to strengthen the trend of inter-comparison(P<0.05),COX2 no clear expression to enhance the trend,COX2 between mild and severe(P<0.05). Conclusion OSAHS patients LXR significantly increased the expression of COX2 and CETP and play a regulating role。
