Abstract	目的：　初步探讨视黄醇（维生素A）结合蛋白（RBP4，retinal binding protein 4）基因rs17484721和rs36035572多态性位点的联合变异与甘肃东乡族人群2型糖尿病及胰岛素抵抗的关系。结论：甘肃东乡族2型糖尿病患者存在一定程度的向心性肥胖且与胰岛素抵抗、高血压及脂质代谢紊乱密切相关。RBP4基因rs17484721和rs36035572位点单核苷酸多态性与2型糖尿病的易感性相关，并与研究对象的血脂代谢相关。两位点组成的单体型T/T-I/I与2型糖尿病的易感性相关。
Other Abstract	Objective Serum retinal binding protein 4(RBP4) was recently described as a new liver- and adipocyte- derived signal that may contribute to Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and insulin resistance. To examine this further, two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of RBP4 were genetically surveyed in Dongxiang people, who as a group are suffering from a gradual increase in diabetes. Conclusions The data indicates that the variations of RBP4 gene may contribute to susceptibility to T2DM in Dongxiang People.
