Abstract	目的：1.探讨检测胃癌腹膜转移的方法；2.探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治手术对腹腔脱落癌细胞的影响。结论： 1.腹腔冲洗液HPA和SURVIVIN的检测可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度和预后的一项指标。 2.FCM方法检测腹腔冲洗液HPA和SURVIVIN可能成为临床预测胃癌腹膜转移的一种方法。 3.腹腔镜胃癌根治手术未增加腹腔胃癌细胞的脱落。
Other Abstract	Purpose: 1. To investigate the method of detecting peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer. 2. To explore the effect of laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy on free cancer cells in peritoneal lavage fluid. Conclusion: (1) HPA and SURVIVIN could be used as a detected indicator of malignant degree and prognosis. (2) Detection of HPA and SURVIVIN in peritoneal lavage fluid using FCM may become a method to predict the peritoneal metastasis. (3) Laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy had not increase the intraperitoneal free cancer cells.
