Abstract | 目的:研究多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分与年龄、性别及冠状动脉狭窄之间的关系,并初步探讨冠状动脉钙化积分与心功能评价的相关性。方法:对78例同期行128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CTA)及超声心动图连续患者进行回顾分析,评价钙化积分与冠脉狭窄及左室功能的关系。 结果:患者钙化积分与年龄、狭窄程度均呈正相关(r=0.389、0.361、P<0.01),对于不同年龄组钙化积分性别差异用独立样本t检验,得出在50~70岁男女之间存在统计学差异(t=2.24、2.85,P<0.05)。冠状动脉钙化积分与左心室射血分数<50%比例存在负相关性(r=-0.93,P<0.05)。当钙化积分>100时,钙化积分值与局限性室壁运动异常发生率呈正相关(r=0.87,P<0.01)。 结论:多层螺旋CT冠脉钙化积分可用于评价冠脉粥样硬化的冠脉狭窄程度,且与左心室室壁运动异常相关,是临床冠状动脉疾病评估的重要指标。 |
Other Abstract | Objective: To investigate Coronary Artery Calcification Score’s (CACS) correlation with Age, Gender and coronary artery stenosis and to find the relevance between CACS and left ventricular function. Methods: We reviewed the data of 78 patients who underwent both multi-slice spiral computed tomography coronary angiography (CTA) and echocardiography, then evaluated the correlation of CACS and coronary artery stenosis and left ventricular function. Results: The results showed that CACS had a positive relationship with age and the severity of coronary artery stenosis(r=0.389,0.361; P<0.01). For the subjects 50~70 years old, there was a statistical difference (r=0.389、0.361、P<0.05) between the calcification scores of the male and female. There was a negative correlation between Coonary artey calcium score and Left ventricular ejection fraction<50% (r=-0.93, P<0.05).Patients having a CACS of 100 or higher were showed to have positive correlation with regional wall motion abnormalities (RWMAs) (r=0.87,P<0.01). Conclusions:MSCT coronary calcification score can be applied to evaluate the severity of the coronary atherosclerosis and was correlated with the left ventricular RWMA,hence CACS could be used as a marker for the diagnosis of subclinical coronary artery disease in the clinical practice. |
