| Abstract | 目的：讨论经阴道超声弹性技术在宫颈癌手术前的分期价值。
方法：对40例宫颈癌患者进行术前临床分期及弹性成像术前分期，术后进行病理分期，分别进行对照，统计诊断的准确度。另对20例正常人、20例宫颈炎与40例宫颈癌超声弹性图像进行分析研究，进行弹性评分及应变率比值的测定。
结果：宫颈癌的手术前妇科分期诊断准确度为63.66%，阴道弹性成像分期诊断的准确度为81.82%。大部分慢性宫颈炎的弹性图像以绿色为主，应变率的比值为7.49±1.60；宫颈癌的弹性图像以蓝色为主，平均应变率的比值为16.3±3.08；宫颈恶性病变和宫颈炎病变之间应变率比值间差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）
结论：宫颈癌的弹性成像分期的正确率明显强于临床分期，对宫颈癌的治疗起到诊断作用，并对分期起到建设性的作用。 |
| Other Abstract | Objective:To analyze the real-time elastography preoperative staging diagnostic value of cervical cancer.
Methods:40 cases of cervical cancer were preoperatively clinically and real-time elastography staged respectively, were compared the pathological analysis. 20 case of normal cervix，20 cases of Cervicitis and 40 cases of cervical cancer were were record and compared by elastographic strain scores and and the strain ratios.
Results:The preoperative staging diagnostic accuracy were 71.4% and 85% in clinical and real-time elastography respectively. The mean value of strain ratio was 2.71 ± 1.56 for Cervicitis and 8.32 ± 4.11 for Cervical cancer.Values of strain ratio of different pathological lesions were statistically different ( P <0.01).
Conclusion:The preoperative staging diagnostic accuracy of real-time elastography is better than clinical staging．And real-time elastography can guide therapeutic schedule as well． |
