|Other Abstract||To study the correlation between CT features and the expression of Ki67 and MVD ， P73 in different types renal cell carcinoma . So as to evaluate CT features of the subtypes of renal cancer and its biological behaviour.
Methods To collect 52 cases with RCC which were confirmed by operation and pathology in nearly three years, including 30 cases of CCRCC, 12 cases of PRCC and 10 cases of CRCC. The Siemens Sensation 64 row spiral CT was used， 52 cases were examined through plain and enhanced scanning CT in three phases（including cortex phase，corticomedullary phase，excretory phase）. The total amount of 60-80ml iohexol（300mg／m1）were injected with high pressure injector at a flow rate 3～5ml/s.CT parameter were 120kv,pitch=1.2 and 8 mm layer thickness . The patients must hold their breath in the whole scan process. The biggest enhanced degrees，size，shape, calcification, hemorrhage, boundary of the tumors were analysed by two Radiology experts with double-blind method. The expression of MVD ，Ki67，P73 of the collected organic material were confirmed by Immunohistochemical staining.then analized the relationship between CT features and the expression of MVD and Ki67, P73.
An accurate preoperative diagnosis and subtypes classification of RCC such as CCRCC,PRCC,CCRCC，MRCC，CDC can be made by MSCT scanning.
The expression of Ki67, MVD, P73 is significantly higher in the RCC than normal kidney tissues, it have a high value to diagnose RCC and estimate the severity of the mass.
Some of CT features of RCC subtypes have correlation with the expression of Ki67, MVD and P73, it illustrate that CT manifestation of RCC subtypes may reflect the biological characteristic of tumors partly.|
