Abstract	目的：探讨肺癌肿瘤抑制因子1（tumor suppressor in lung cancer-1，TSLC-1）与人乳头瘤病毒（Human papillomavirus HPV）负荷量在宫颈鳞癌及癌前病变中的相关性。方法：收集2008—2010年就诊于兰州大学第一医院100例慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌患者的宫颈脱落上皮细胞，采用杂交捕获法检测HPV病毒负荷量，免疫组化（SP）法检测相应组织TSLC-1蛋白表达，分析二者在宫颈病变进展中的关系。结果：100例标本HPV病毒阳性54例，1≤病毒负荷量（RUL/CO）≤100共27例，100~1000共23例，≥1000为4例，TSLC-1蛋白阴性为42例，阳性表达58例，按不同表达强度分别为“+”23例，“++”20例，“+++”15例。Spearman秩相关分析显示，HPV病毒负荷量与TSLC-1表达有相关性（rs=0.586，P<0.01）。结论：随宫颈癌前病变进展至宫颈鳞癌，HPV病毒负荷量与TSLC-1表达减低有相关性，可将二者联合检测应用于临床，预测宫颈癌前病变的进展。
Other Abstract	Object：To study the relationship of he viral load of Human papillomavirus （HPV） and tumor suppressor in lung cancer-1（TSLC1） during the development of cervical squamous cancer. Methods：100 specimens of tissues which had been detected the viral load of HPV by HC-II，including squamous carcinoma of the cervix，CINs and chronic cervicitis underwent immunehistochemistry to detect the expression of TSLC1，Then， evaluate their correlations. Results：54 out of 100 samples were HPV DNA positive，the viral load of HPV were 1≤RUL/CO≤100（27/100），100~1000（23/100），≥1000（15/100），TSLC1“-”（42/100），“+”（23/100），“++”（20/100） and “+++”（15/100），Statistical analysis for the association of TSLC1 and the viral load of HPV revealed that： the expression levels of TSLC and the viral load of HPV showed a significant correlation with the differentiation degree（r=0.586，P<0.01）. Conclusions：Down-regulation of TSLC1 and the viral load of HPV showed a significant correlation during the pathogenesis of Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）and Cervical squamous cell carcinoma，to detect both of them is helpful to calculated the tendency of cervical pathological changes.
