| Abstract | 目的 本实验应用ELISA方法检测卵巢肿瘤患者及健康体检者HE4水平，结合临床资料回顾分析，探讨HE4在卵巢癌尤其是早期卵巢癌诊断及病情监测中的意义。
方法 选择2010年07月至2011年07月甘肃省人民医院妇科住院的卵巢癌初治患者36例，卵巢良性肿瘤患者48例，健康体检中心健康女性体检者32例。应用双抗夹心法检测HE4和CA125水平。
结论
1卵巢癌患者HE4水平明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤及健康女性；卵巢癌患者HE4水平与患者的病理分期有关。
2 HE4诊断卵巢癌有较高的特异性和敏感性，对卵巢癌与卵巢良性肿瘤鉴别诊断的特异性相比CA125高，有望成为诊断卵巢癌的血清肿瘤标记物
3术后的卵巢癌患者HE4水平较术前明显降低，HE4作为卵巢癌疗效评价及病情监测具有可行性。 |
| Other Abstract | Objectives：In this experimental,serum HE4 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in samples from overian tumor patients and healthy female volunteers.
Methods： We recruited 36 primary epithelial ovarian cancer patients,48 patients of ovarian benign masses and 32 healthy volunteers during July 2010 to July 2011 from the gynecology-oncology
1 ovarian cancer were higher than the group of benign ovarian tumors and healthy volunteers. However, the HE4 was no significant difference between ovarian benign tumor patients and healthy volunteers.
2 It is no sinificant difference between the histologic subtypes of ovarian cancer.
3 The serum HE4 values measured in stage Ⅲ-ⅣEOC patients were higher than in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ EOC patients.
Conclusions：
1 Serum HE4 level that was evaluated by ELISA kit of overian cancer were higher than in benign overian tumors and healthy volunteers.
2 serum HE4 has a higher sensitivity and specificity than CA125.
3 The serum HE4 after surgery was significantly lower compared with preoperative.
