|Other Abstract||Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of AFP, AFP-L3, ALP and AFU levels in primary liver cancer.
Methods: The serum levels of AFP, AFP-L3, ALP and AFU were measured in 142 cases with primary liver cancer, 106 cases with liver cirrhosis group and 125 healthy subjects by chemiluminescence method. The positive rate of diagnosing primary liver cancer was analyzed.
Results: Positive rate of AFP, AFP-L3, ALP and AFU for primary hepatic cancer was 74.6%, 73.9%, 42.2%, 76.3%. Compared with liver cirrhosis group and healthy subjects, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The positive rate of those four serum markers were 98.6%, compared with single examination marker, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).
Conclusion: AFP, AFP-L3, ALP and AFU have certain diagnostic value for primary liver cancer. United determination can raise the diagnosis rate of primary liver cancer.
