Abstract	本文以数字民政系统的开发为背景，讨论了数字民政系统的整体架构，设计了系统的部署运行环境，归纳总结了系统开发过程中的几个典型问题，它们分别是用户权限管理、组合查询条件构建、业务数据统计算法，针对这些问题，设计了相关的数据结构，并给出了部分后台数据库操作的算法实现。
Other Abstract	In this thesis, as the background of the development of the digital civil affairs system, we discussed its whole framework, designed the deployment of the system and the operating environment, and summarized some typical problems in the process of the development of the system. These typical problems are the management of users’ authority, combined query and the construction of conditions, and the statistical algorithm of business data. Aimed at the above problems, we designed the relevant data structure and gave out the realization of the algorithm of some operations of the background database.
