钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构住宅楼设计 Alternative Title Design of Reinforced Concrete Shear Wall Structure Residential Building 陈秋燕 Thesis Advisor 张敬书 2017-05-07 Degree Grantor 兰州大学 Place of Conferral 兰州 Degree Name 学士 Keyword 高层住宅 钢筋混凝土 剪力墙结构 结构设计 Abstract 剪力墙是高层建筑钢筋混凝土房屋的主要抗侧力结构单元，由墙肢和连梁组成。剪力墙刚度大，风或小震作用下的变形小，容易满足层间位移角的限值及风作用下的舒适度的要求；承载能力大；合理设计的剪力墙具有良好的延性和耗能能力，抗地震倒塌能力强。 本设计是甘肃张掖某14层钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构住宅楼,设防烈度为7度，抗震等级为三级。主体结构为14层，一梯两户，建筑设计使用年限为50年。其中设计内容包括：建筑设计资料查询 ；结构布置及构件截面尺寸的确定；荷载取值及计算；单项荷载作用下的结构内力、位移计算；荷载组合和控制截面的最不利内力计算；构件截面设计；主要设计图纸的绘制。通过这次的毕业设计，了解了房屋建筑结构设计的流程、方法，能够按照规范要求确定设计标准，估算构件的截面尺寸，正确计算所有荷载，绘制计算简图。通过该设计，不但系统地复习了本科阶段的基础知识和专业知识，而且提高了综合应用知识的能力，为将来的学习打下了良好的基础。 Other Abstract Shear wall is the main anti-side force structural unit of reinforced concrete house of high-rise building, which consists of wall and connecting beam. The design is a 14-storey reinforced concrete shear wall structure residential building in Zhangye, Gansu, with a fortification intensity of 7 degrees and an earthquake rating of three. The main structure of 14 layers, a ladder two, architectural design life of 50 years. The design content includes: architectural design information query; structural arrangement and component section size determination; load value and calculation; single load under the structure of internal force, displacement calculation; load combination and control section of the most adverse internal force calculation; The design of the main design drawings.Through this graduation design, we understand the process and method of building structure design, and can determine the design standard according to the specification, estimate the cross section size of the component, calculate the load and calculate the calculation diagram correctly.
