Abstract本文制备了不同孔径的Fe、Co、Ni纳米线阵列膜,系统地研究了其结构、微观、宏观磁性,发现:1、三种过渡金属纳米线分别为bcc、hcp和fcc结构。Fe、Ni纳米线织构分别为[110]和[111];对于Co纳米线,随着直径的增大,织构方向从[100]变为[002]。2、首次对Fe纳米线阵列的透射和背散射穆斯堡尔谱联合测量表明,直径小的Fe纳米线中的磁矩均沿着纳米线的长轴方向取向。直径较大的样品中出现了磁畴,磁矩的平行取向下降,两端磁矩方向趋于混乱取向。3、不同直径Fe纳米线的磁滞回线表明沿着线的方向表现出s
