Abstract论文重点研究了铁含量和热处理温度对NiCuZn铁氧体性能的影响。得到了一下一些有意义的结果: 1.粉末样品 ①用溶胶凝胶法制备的Ni0.4Cu0.2Zn0.4FexO4粉体材料,在750 ℃以上热处理即可生成纯的尖晶石结构的磁性相。 ②铁含量x=2.0的正分配比NiZnCu铁氧体1000℃保温3小时的预烧料的静态磁性能最优,矫顽力约为8.4 Oe,比饱和磁化强度达到78.0 emu/g。 2.烧结体样品 ①1000 ℃下烧结的x=2.0材料静态磁性能最优,矫顽力为1.5 Oe,饱和磁化强度为79.5 emu/g。 ②1000 ℃下烧结的x=1.8材料的起始磁导率最高,接近125,截止频率约为20 MHz。随x增大,磁导率降低、截止频率提高,x=2.1和2.2时,截止频率高于100 MHz。
Other AbstractThe thesis focuses on the effects of iron content and heat treatment temperature on the properties of NiCuZn ferrite material. Some significant results have been obtained. 1.Powder samples ①Ni0.4Cu0.2Zn0.4FexO4 powder materials prepared by sol-gel method form pure spinel phase when the heat treatment temperature exceeds 750 ℃. ②The presintering powder with better magnetic properties was obtained when the samples were presintered at 1000 ℃ for 3 hours and the content of Fe (x) was 2.0. The coercivity is about 8.4 Oe, and the saturation magnetization is 78.0 emu/g. 2.Sintering samples ①The powder with better magnetic properties was obtained when the samples were sintered at 1000 ℃ and the content of Fe (x) was 2.0. The coercivity is about 1.5 Oe, and the saturation magnetization is 79.5 emu/g. ②When x is 1.8 and the sintering temperature is 1000℃, the initial permeability of material is the highest, close to 125, and the roll-off frequency is about 20 MHz. As x increases, the initial permeability decreases, but the roll-off frequency of sample increases. When x=2.1 and 2.2, the roll-off frequency is bigger than 100 MHz.
