Abstract本工作对快中子引起的(n, 2n)、(n, p)和(n, n´α)核反应截面的测量进行了系统的讨论,并详细论述了各项修正,利用活化法测量了五个(n, 2n)反应截面,六个(n, p)反应截面,一个(n, n´α)反应截面,利用HFTT程序完成了八个反应道的评价。 样品照射是在中国科学院兰州近代物理研究所T—600型中子发生器上完成的,产物核的γ放射性利用中国原子能科学研究院生产的高纯锗探测器测量,其灵敏体积为110cm3,相对效率为20%,对60Co的1.33MeV能量的γ射线分辨率为3keV。中子能量是用93Nb(n, 2n)92mNb和90Zr(n, 2n)89m+gZr截面比法测定的,利用93Nb(n, 2n)92mNb和27Al(n, α)24Na来监督中子注量。由13.5±0.2, 14.1±0.1和14.6±0.2MeV中子引起的69Ga(n, 2n) 68Ga反应截面值分别为794±31,869±35和986±39mb;71Ga(n, n´α) 67Cu反应截面值分别为1.3±0.1,1.7±0.1和2.5±0.1mb; 150Nd(n, 2n) 149Nd反应截面值分别为2037±85,1737±68,1657±65mb;148Nd(n, 2n) 147Nd反应截面值分别为1394±58,1416±54,1956±76mb;142Nd(n, 2n) 141Nd反应截面值分别为1695±71,1623±62,1764±111mb;158Gd(n, p) 158Eu反应截面值分别为1.9±0.1,2.1±0.1,3.5±0.1mb。由13.5±0.2和14.6±0.2MeV中子引起的160Gd(n, 2n) 159Gd反应截面值分别为1940±83,1983±77mb。在中子能量为14.1±0.1MeV能量点,69Ga(n, p) 69mZn反应截面值为21.5±1.0mb, 71Ga(n, p) 71mZn反应截面值为12.4±0.7mb。在中子能量为14.6±0.2MeV能量点,146Nd(n, p) 146Pr反应截面值为3.0±0.3mb, 141Pr(n, p) 141Ce反应截面值为12.7±0.5mb,139La(n, p) 139Ba反应截面值为4.3±0.2mb。 在完成实验测量的基础上,并与文献实验值和评价值进行了比较,做出了激发函数曲线,分析了核反应截面随中子能量的变化关系。
Other AbstractCross section measurements for (n, 2n), (n, p) and (n, n´α) reactions induced by fast neutron were systematically discussed in the present work, and each correction was demonstrated in detail. Cross sections for five (n, 2n), six (n, p) and one (n, n´α) reactions were measured by the activation method. The eight reactions were evaluated by the code HFTT. Irradiation of the samples was carried out at the T-600 Intense Neutron Generator at the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The gamma ray activity of the samples was determined by a CH8403 coaxial high-purity germanium detector (sensitive volume 110cm3) made in the People’s Republic of China with a relative efficiency of 20% and an energy resolution of 3keV at 1.33MeV. The neutron energies in these measurements are determined by cross section ratios for 90Zr (n, 2n) 89m+gZr and 93Nb(n, 2n) 92mNb reactions. Cross-sections for 93Nb(n, 2n) 92mNb and 27Al(n, α) 24Na reactions were selected as monitor to measure these reactions. The cross sections of 69Ga(n, 2n)68Ga reaction are 794±31, 869±35 and 986±39mb at 13.5±0.2, 14.1±0.1 and 14.6±0.2MeV respectively. The cross sections of 71Ga(n, n´α) 67Cu reaction are given: 1.3±0.1, 1.7±0.1 and 2.5±0.1mb at 13.5±0.2, 14.1±0.1 and 14.6±0.2MeV respectively. The cross sections of 150Nd(n, 2n) 149Nd, 148Nd(n, 2n) 147Nd , 142Nd(n, 2n) 141Nd and 158Gd(n, p) 158Eu reaction are given: 2037±85,1737±68,1657±65mb; 1394±58,1416±54,1956±76mb ; 1695±71,1623±62,1764±111mb and 1.9±0.1,2.1±0.1,3.5±0.1mb at 13.5±0.2, 14.1±0.1 and 14.6±0.2MeV respectively. The cross sections of 160Gd(n, 2n) 159Gd reaction are given: 1940±83,1983±77mb at 13.5±0.2 and 14.6±0.2MeV respectively. The cross section of 69Ga(n, p) 69mZn and 71Ga(n, p) 71mZn reaction are 21.5±1.0mb, 12.4±0.7mb at 14.1±0.1MeV respectively. The cross section of 146Nd(n, p) 146Pr , 141Pr(n, p) 141Ce and 139La(n, p) 139Ba reaction are 3.0±0.3mb, 12.7±0.5mb and 4.3±0.2mb at 14.6±0.2MeV. The results of experimentation are comparing with evaluated data and experimentative data. The reactions were evaluated by the code HFTT and their excitation function curves were made out. We analyzed the feature of cross sections changing with the neutron energies changed.
