一种Pt、Ru负载碳纤维催化剂的制备方法及其催化氨硼烷产氢

Abstract一种Pt、Ru负载碳纤维催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将脱脂棉、氯铂酸或氯化钌、蒸馏水加入到反应器中,超声30‑60分钟后在室温下浸渍使得氯铂酸或氯化钌完全被脱脂棉吸附,然后在100‑120oC的干燥箱中烘干,将烘干的吸附有氯铂酸或氯化钌的脱脂棉置于管式炉中,氮气保护下升温至400 oC‑600oC下高温热解1‑3小时,冷却至室温,即得到单质Pt、Ru负载纳米碳纤维催化剂Pt/CCF或Ru/CCF。本发明中所使用的催化剂的载体前驱体为脱脂棉,众所周知,脱脂棉廉价、易得、绿色、环保所得Pt/CCF或Ru/CCF催化剂具有高分散的催化活性位点。
