Abstract本论文研究了Fe修饰的ZSM-5分子筛在低温下以H2O2为氧化剂催化甲烷制备甲醇过程中不同pH水溶液对反应活性的影响。我们采用固态离子交换法制备了Fe/ZSM-5催化剂,并运用XRD、ICP、UV-Vis、Raman等手段对催化剂结构和相关物理性质进行表征。我们采用H2SO4和NaOH来调控反应体系的pH值,运用气相色谱和液体核磁对产物进行定量分析。我们系统探究了不同水溶液pH值对反应活性和催化剂结构的影响。此外,我们还进一步研究了不同pH值对Fe/ZSM-5催化剂、金属析出量以及剩余H2O2浓度的影响。我们期望我们得到的这些实验结果能够为进一步优化甲烷低温氧化制备甲醇的催化反应条件提供指导思想。
Other AbstractThis thesis investigated the effect of different aqueous solution pH values on the reactivity of the Fe modified ZSM-5 zeolite in the process of selective oxidation of methane to methanol using H2O2 as oxidant at low temperature. Fe/ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by solid ion exchange method, and its structure and physical properties were characterized by means of XRD, ICP, UV/Vis and Raman. H2SO4 and NaOH were used to adjust the pH values of the reaction solution, and the products were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography and liquid NMR. The influences of different aqueous solution pH values on the reactivity of the reaction and the structure of the catalyst, were systematically investigated, Besides, the effects of the aqueous solution pH values on the metal leaching out of the Fe/ZSM-5 catalyst, and the residual concentration of H2O2 were further investigated. We expected that the obtained experimental results could provide guidance for further optimization of the selective oxidation of methane to methanol reaction.
