Abstract | ~被誉为自旋电子学领域的奇迹材料的钙钛矿具有较大的自旋轨道耦合和较长的自旋寿命,特别适合作为制作电子器件的材料。所以了解钙钛矿中以自旋混合电导和自旋扩散长度为参量的自旋流传输是应用材料的基础。我们通过脉冲激光沉积系统(PLD)和磁控溅射镀膜生长了LSMO和LSMO/Pt样品薄膜,并以此为对象探究LSMO/Pt中是否存在自旋泵浦效应从而进一步得到样品界面的自旋混合电导。本文通过振动样品磁强计和自旋整流对LSMO和LSMO/Pt样品进行静态和动态磁性测试,得到了一系列包括基本磁学参数、共振场、共振峰线宽、磁旋比和Gilbert阻尼参数的磁学性质。我们得到的成果如下:1.我们算出100 K下LSMO和LSMO/Pt的Gilbert阻尼参数分别为0.00585和0.01087,其大小增加了85.8%,因此我们推测出LSMO和Pt界面存在自旋泵浦效应,而阻尼参数随温度的变化没有太大规律,平均值为0.00839。2.非本征线宽会在接近居里温度时突增。3.我们算出100 K下LSMO/Pt界面的自旋混合电导为1.49647×〖10〗^15 〖 cm〗^(-2)。 |
Other Abstract | ~Perovskite, known as the "miracle material"in the field of spintronics, has a larger spin-orbit coupling and a longer spin life, and is particularly suitable as a material for making electronic devices. Therefore, understanding the spin flow transmission in the perovskite with spin mixed conductance and spin diffusion length as parameters is the basis of applied materials. We have grown LSMO and LSMO/Pt sample films through pulsed laser deposition system (PLD) and magnetron sputtering coating, and used this as an object to explore whether there is a spin pumping effect in LSMO/Pt to further obtain the spin mixed conductance at the sample interface. In this paper, static and dynamic magnetic tests of LSMO and LSMO/Pt samples were carried out by vibrating sample magnetometer and spin rectification, and a series of parameters including basic magnetic parameters, resonance field, resonance peak line width, magnetic rotation ratio and Gilbert damping parameters were obtained. The results we obtained are as follows: 1. We calculated the Gilbert damping parameters of LSMO and LSMO / Pt at 100 K as 0.00585 and 0.01087, respectively, and its size increased by 85.8%, so we speculate that there is a spin pumping effect at the interface of LSMO and Pt The change of damping parameters with temperature is not very regular, the average value is 0.00839. 2. The extrinsic line width will suddenly increase when it approaches the Curie temperature. 3. We calculated the spin mixed conductance at the LSMO/Pt interface at 100 K to be 1.49647×〖10〗^15cm^(-2). |
