|Other Abstract||~Since China's accession to the WTO in the 21st century, its economic development has made remarkable achievements, driving the continuous development of various industries including the zinc industry. After blind expansion in the early stage, the zinc industry has gradually returned to rationality. Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, according to the national macro-control arrangement, the industry has been eliminating backward production capacity, vigorously developing energy conservation and emission reduction, and promoting the concept of green development. At the same time, it is actively and orderly carrying out merger and reorganization and overseas resource development. At present, in the development process of zinc smelting industry in China, there are prominent structural contradictions, low degree of resource guarantee, lack of discourse power of product price and so on. Therefore, grasping the supply-side reform, "One Belt And One Road", "made in China 2025"and other national strategic opportunities, continuously upgrading the industry, and promoting high-quality development, is the inevitable way to achieve sustainable development of China's zinc smelting enterprises.
Founded in 1986,BNMC zinc smelter factory was once a leading enterprise in the domestic zinc smelting industry, making outstanding contributions to the Chinese zinc smelting industry and cultivating a large number of talents. At present, while keeping the bottom line of safety and environmental protection, lead and zinc plant has low unit cost, comprehensive recovery ability of valuable metals, and advantages of traditional process technology, so it has strong market competence at present. However, there are big problems in human resources, obvious shortfalls in comprehensive recovery and hidden dangers in competition in new fields, which make the future development of lead and zinc plants uncertain. In order to promote the sustainable development of lead and zinc factory, lead and zinc factory need to further improve resources ability, continue to lower unit costs, ensure the existing product capacity, consolidate the traditional process under the condition of technical advantage, to human resources, the production cost management, the comprehensive level of recycling, thoroughly and improve technology innovation, to improve enterprise market competence.
In this paper, based on the literature of market competitiveness, combining the reality of their own work, using literature method, interview method, inductive method, comparative method and other methods, from the external clear lead and zinc factory environment, from the internal advantage of competitiveness analysis of lead and zinc factory, find out the existing problems and reasons, using the theory of competitiveness related promotion strategy, improve the competitiveness of the lead and zinc factory, increase profitability, realize sustainable development, the high quality at the same time also hope to provide reference for the similar enterprises.|
