Abstract与其他合金系不同,本文通过对定向凝固Sn-Ni包晶合金中枝晶状糊区的观察发现,雀斑缺陷在包晶反应前后的两个不同区域出现。此外,实验结果证明,枝晶形貌受温度梯度区域熔化效应和Gibbs-Tbomson效应的影响。因此,提出考虑上述两种效应及包晶反应的新瑞利数RaP。新瑞利数RaP的计算预测结果证实包晶凝固过程中雀斑在两个不同区域形成,且在较大直径的试样中热溶质对流更显著。
