李凤民,男,汉族,1962年10月生,河北新乐人,博士,教授。国家杰出青年基金获得者(2006),教育部长江学者特聘教授(2006),教育部创新团队带头人(2007),兰州大学萃英特聘教授(2007), 教育部跨世纪优秀人才(2001),获国务院政府特殊津贴(2000),甘肃省领军人才(第一层次,2010)。
内蒙古大学生态学学士(1983),西北大学植物学硕士(1989),华东师范大学生态学博士(1992),兰州大学生物学博士后(1994)。1994年起在兰州大学工作,任干旱农业生态国家重点实验室/干旱与草地生态教育部重点实验室副主任(1995-2005),主任(2005-2011),生命科学学院副院长(1999-2002, 2006-2010),教育部-国家外专局旱寒生态学创新引智基地负责人(2007,2012),旱区农业与生态修复教育部工程研究中心负责人(2007-2011)。兼任国务院第六届学位委员会生物学科评议组成员(2009),教育部第3-5届科技委生物学部(二)委员,中国生态学会农业生态学专委会副主任(2005-),加拿大渥太华大学、西澳大利亚大学及国内3所高校兼职教授。著名SCI期刊Agronomy Journal副编辑,Agriculture, Eecosystem & Environment 和Field Crops Research 咨询编委,以及国内6家学报编委和多个重点实验室学术委员会成员等。
主要研究领域:旱地农业生态,作物栽培生态,植物/作物生态,社会生态等。发表论文200余篇,被SCI收录110余篇,论文他引4000余次,SCI他引1000余次,获省部级科技奖励6次。
