洪兆富，1984年生，法国巴黎中央理工学院工业工程博士、兰州大学管理学博士，现为兰州大学管理学院教授、博导。主要研究方向为供应链管理、可持续运营管理、博弈论、市场营销与运营管理的交叉研究。
      主持国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上一等资助和特别资助项目、中央高校基本业务费项目等多项科研项目，参与的科研项目包括教育部哲学社会科学重大课题攻关项目、国家自然科学基金项目和国家社科基金项目等。主要研究成果发表在管理学国际权威 SCI/SSCI 期刊，如： European Journal of Operational Research、Omega、Transportation Research Part E、International Journal of Production Economics、International Journal of Production Research、IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering 等期刊（多为ABS 4/3级、ABDC A*/A级、JCR 1/2区期刊）。曾获美国电子与电气工程师协会相关会议的最佳应用论文奖（法国巴黎）、甘肃省社会科学优秀成果奖等学术奖励，获宝钢优秀学生奖、安博优秀学生奖等荣誉，获兰州大学“优秀班主任”等称号。
      2015年1月在香港城市大学从事学术研究工作（Research Fellow），目前担任国家自然科学基金项目评审专家，担任 Annals of Operations Research、Applied Mathematical Modelling、Computers & Industrial Engineering、European Journal of Operational Research、IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering、IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems、International Journal of Production Research、Journal of Industrial and Production Engineering、RAIRO-Operations Research、Transportation Research Part E 等国际主流 SCI/SSCI 期刊审稿人，曾担任 14th International Conference on Data Envelopment Analysis 等国际学术会议的学术委员。
